Subject: Regarding stray dog menace in residential society “BPTP Park Spacio” at sector 37D.

Dear Sir,

We, the residents of residential society “BPTP Park Spacio”, sector 37D, would humbly request your support in dealing with increasing nuisance of stray dogs in our society.

There are few stray dogs inside the campus of our society and their numbers are increasing day by day as they have not been sterilized and vaccinated. There have been instances of attack by these dogs on kids riding bicycle causing injury to small children and creating fear in the minds of children. It has become difficult for children and elderly persons to roam around freely inside the campus as these dogs have become aggressive. Even there is a general tendency of stray dogs to bark on pet dogs, which is causing lot of noise in the society and uneasiness for pet owners in handling such situation.

As we understand the behavior of animals is highly unpredictable, so there is no guarantee that in future there will not be any serious incident due to these dogs. Hence it is required to take remedial measures well in time.

We are writing to you as the situation is grim and likely to become more and more severe in the days to come as these stray dogs are increasing manifold. Hence we seek your administrative support in dealing with this.
