MDU Rohtak — complaint about college

Good evening repected sir/madam. I am simran studying bca - 3rd yr from md untiversity. Actually i was going to give my reappear exam in dav institute of management faridabad. Nit-3 during the time of exam, a student sitted next to my desk was cheating with chits in his pocket. Sir saw him and took chits from him and give him a warning instead of any strict action taken. Second time he again put chits out of his pocket and started cheating again. Sir again saw him and took chit from him and throw outside the window and even he didnt check him. He was cheating continuously 4-5 times but no action has been taken.
When me and frnds go toh the mam and tell everything about what happened in the class. She told me to come in separate room and write an application but i refused to write at that instant she shouted on me very loudly and the sir along with her too shouted. They told my friend to go out and when she went outside she started shouting on me and told me that you dont have right to take action or tell us like this she make me cry a lot and misbehaving she checked me and when she dont found anything she said now let me handle i will make your umc and you can't do anything. I cried a lot and said sorry to her. She told to go she will make umc at every cost.
Now tell me sir what was my fault? That i speak up?😭😭 sir i just want that everyone should be treated equally. Sir even their maid too shouted on me and tell me to go 😭😭 sir please take strict action. Otherwise next time another student have to suffer.
Sir cheating is not a good thing and if we make them caught then they blackmail us to make our umc.
Please take any action sir
