This is in continuation to the complaint i have posted with the subject line "A very big noooo to buy products from Mebelkart...!!!", After numerous follow ups by looping their CEO & every one i finally got a product replacement for the defective product after struggling for more than 10days. Surprisingly this time also i have received a defective product. When i called the customer care they said they will refund my money & they will give me some coupons as well, but i denied that. As i have wasted two months of my time, phone bill & internet bill, i demanded money for all this as refund. Finally they said to keep me the damaged product..
