This is in continuation to the complaint i have posted with the subject line "A very big noooo to buy products from Mebelkart...!!!",
After numerous follow ups by looping their CEO & every one i finally got a product replacement for the defective product after struggling for more than 10days. Surprisingly this time also i have received a defective product. When i called the customer care they said they will refund my money & they will give me some coupons as well, but i denied that. As i have wasted two months of my time, phone bill & internet bill, i demanded money for all this as refund. Finally they said to keep me the damaged product..
Please never buy product from this site, they only sell damaged products...!!! Was this information helpful? | |
