[Resolved] Mebelkart — Delay in Product Delivery | |||||
Hello, I placed an order on 22nd April 2016 from mebelkart website (e-commerce site) with order no. [protected]. The delivery guy came on 26th April and asking for money I said I already paid in advance he called higher authority and said wrong parcel madam, but my name is written in the box. I asked when my order get delivered he said by tomorrow but till now I didn't get any delivery and tracking order is also not clear about exact order status. Later I write a query they said "With regards to your order, we would like to inform you that, we have forwarded your concern to relevant team to expedite the process and get the item delivered as soon as possible". Now it's more than a month and they are not replying for my emails they last replied on 2nd May 2016 after that they stop replyig. I already paid the money for the product in advance.Please look after this matter because I don't think so I'll get the product in future also. I have a really worst experience with mebelkart.
