[Resolved]  Mebelkart — Not refunding my cash

I have been ordered a ‘Surya flame gas stove’ for Rs.1799.00 on march 20th 2016 in MebelKart. Order number [protected]. They have canceled the order sending an email (23 March 2016)saying they can’t process the order due to logistic issue. I had a chat with them through their live chat option and MebelKart has been promised that the amount will be credited to my account within 5 or 6 working days. Many days I waited for the amount to be credited in my account but refund has not been done. I also e-mailed MebelKart on the same matter on 11th April and every time I get the same answer that the amount will be credited to your account within 5-6 working days. Again I mailed them on 18th April and replied that the refund has been done on 1st April!!. But they have not given me any bank details or statement of transfer or anything like that. I haven’t received a single penny from MebelKart till now.What should I do, please help and guide me.
