I purchased a washing machine, order id od[protected] from mebelkart on 17/04/16, but even after creating an account, whenever i was trying to go on link for delivery status, link showed me a message that i am not not authorised for this information. So i tried wrote to mebelkart and they replied delivery is delayed by 7-10 working days due to some logistics issue at their end so am i not able to see update (After that also it will take 7 working days to reach me). Then i requested to cancel my order as such delay was unforeseen. To my surprise even after 2-3 days no reply came,
Then i called up at their customer care number[protected] and spoke to an executive madhu, she told me that it is delayed but if i request to cancel they will deduct 5% because as per her system it will reach by 29th april. I told her to connect me with a superior to understand why i should pay for delay caused by them or wait till 29th to cancel when you have mentioned it is going to take 14-17 working days in writing, but she said all her having lunch at 2:30 pm, so she'll arrange a call back, no call back came. I wrote twice to their email address [protected]@mebelkart.com to understand cancellation policy, but no reply came. Then i again submitted a complaint on their website, still no action.
This is so far worse experience where the moment you take about cancellation the company stops answering to your query.
