Ordered Cody Compressed Wood Book Case (Black) from Mebel Kart on 11 April 2016 with order ID [protected]. There were showing shipping date between 13 April to 14 April and delivery date as 19 April to 21 April. But till today (03/05/2016) didn't receive the product. Every week I am calling to their customer care and I am getting different answers in each call. When I am telling them that I want to talk to your superior, they are not patching my call.
Now the final answer I got is that, product is not available that's why we are not able to deliver the product. But they are not telling any specific delivery date. Now they are asking me to cancel the order. So I am having some questions for which I am seeking.
1 - With out checking product availability how can you take order. If product is not available then don't any orders.
2 - If you are not able to provide discounts then why are you displaying those offers on your website.For me it looks like you are not able to provide that product at this price, that's why you are not delivering the product.
3 - If you want 1 month for delivering the product, then clearly mention this on your website.
