23 Jan- This is in regards to your order placed at Mebelkart, we regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled as we cannot process this particular order due to unavailability of product. 25 Jan-With reference to the above subject, You shall receive 100% amount since it was cancelled by the seller itself. I have received a call from company agent named Deepak ([protected]) saying he require my card details and not my account number to transfer the refund.
Please take strict action on this man, as he has been quite rude and forcing me to provide my card (debit/credit) number details which ideally shouldn't be shared with any one as per RBI / Bank guidelines.

my order placed at Mebelkart -#[protected] on 24 Feb, the item was not delivered as promised on time, even after repeated calls the customer care says the item is yet tobe manufactured, when i ask for the refund there is no response from the team apart from asking me to wait for 4 working days always on my every call, the phone numbers are not working ...i had the bitter experience with the first time transaction at Mebelkart and i dont suggest to others ...
