[Resolved] Mechandiseebs Chennai In — Fraud money transactions in my credit card

I did not make any transaction on 22/10/2023, but in my RBL FINSERV SUPERCARD credit card (**0169) statement received yesterday, I saw a transaction of INR 18000 in the name of Mechandiseebs Chennai. I did not receive any OTP or the transaction ID for the same as well.
Please help in getting my money refunded.
