I have submitted the claim last mnth 20th aug'21 with the amount of 22k. However the claim was denied after 9days even without checking the complete document. Due to their irresponsible behaviour the claim got denied. Later I spoke with support team and teach them to how to open the document to verify the information. Even after multiple follow up the claim is still showing denied after 25day days ( still counting). Whenever I spoke with support team they are saying the same stories but nothing could help me on this and nobody ready to understand my situation. Due to lethargic attitude of your team, I am still suffering to get an update from yur end. I am highly disappointed with the way you treat your customers and never think about for solution and always looking for reasons to get out of it.
I have to bug your guys to send an acknowledgement. It is yur prime responsible to acknowledge yur customer queries which never happened. I am in the verge of bad condition in terms of financial & mental pressure because of you.
