Ajit Salvi I would like to inform you that I have received query against my claim id 23208322 on 05.12.2020 and I replied on 07.12.2020 at your email address [protected]@mediassist.in. I contacted your representatives every alternate days but reply is not satisfactory. Again on 14.12.2020 I contacted your representative Mr. DIXIT and told him again my history. He told me to send a same reply on his personal id i.e. dixit.[protected]@mediassist.in. Accordingly I sent a mail to Mr. Dixit Id. I further contacted Mr. Dixit on 15.12.2020, he confirmed that he has received my mail and forwarded my mail to concerned team. Today I received a mail from [protected]@mediassistindia.com stating that we have not yet received your reply. please furnish your reply within 7 days failing which we will recommend for denial of your claim. It is observed that till today your claim status system is not updated.. As the doctor has already mentioned the reason for hospitalisation in the claim form B. This is unnecessary harassment to the valued customer. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
