I see a number of claims Domiciliary as well as reimbursement claims are getting denied with the same status and medibuddy contact us link does not even work, the number has some very inefficient people who simply reads out the status and does not help in any form.
A claim number[protected] I see has been given the break ups however, standing with the repudiated status for no reason.
Another claim number[protected] has been given a denial reason however a part of it which was the OPD consultation fee should have been approved and should come as partially approved status, Moreover, if a prescription document is missing, then requester should get a field where they can edit or upload any additional document and not just cancel it for a missing document, it could be that the document is with the requester but due to manual human error it was been missed to be uploaded.
Terrible customer service and very disappointing coz one has to invest a huge number of time submitting and tracking and resubmitting claims. Was this information helpful? |
