I have raised request on app for claim reimbursement in month of 0ct 2020 in name of my mother Deepinder Kaur she was admitted on 10-0ct-20 and discharged on 11-Oct-202 to another medical hospital . Tracking number-H[protected] #Claim number[protected]. As the app does not have option o[censored]ploading the pending document hence i have send all the document by Email to team, which was uploaded as well but still team denied my claim. During the same time i spoke to assocaites from complaints team and she said u send all the originals before hand along with letter asking to reopen the claim which team has received on 31-Dec-2020 and they uploaded all the document on 9-Jan-21 on system but still claim was not reopened and i keep getting email to share the document along with date and time of admission and discharge for patient which was already there in my originals but still i got the letter from doctor confirming the same and team has already received the original letter and it is also uploaded on system but still case is not reopened and still i am getting email asking for POD details which i have already shared in Email with team.
I have called your contact center 100 time but no one is taking ownership to get it processed.
its worst company and the process i have come across.
Even ur complaint team is not available to take up the call or get this fixed and back end team just keep sending email for ticket i have raised saying resolved.
