Dear sir, I am a retired State bank of Mysore employee and my wife Mrs.Jayanthi sarathy is undergoing treatment for Cancer treatment. Of late I find extremely difficult to manage hospital bills in view of inordinate delay at Mediasist, bangalore. The reasons are best known to them. My personal visits to Bannerghatta road office and umpteen no of calls to their call center of of no use. The callous answers of the call centers are unconvincing and my ordeal is better untold. How many hours they have a chance to set put us on hold?
This is one of the most worest call center that we ever meet.
