Medi Assist India — Inactivity in cashless and cashless | |||||
I am from sap india and my employee I'd is I328100 1. Inefficiency and Inactivity on part of ECashless I had filed for ecashless on September 9, 2016. I had been contacting the ecashless number, Mr Murjamil and the toll free number on a continuous basis and was told that things will be taken care of by MediAssist. However, only on September 12 The hospital panel told me that they had not received any information from MediAssist, which was later validated by MediAssist to me on phone. 2. Cashless just for the name After this I applied for Cashless claim and after continued efforts to co-ordinate with the panel and MediAssist, I got one mail today giving the initial approved amount, whose basis I don't know. I have already paid INR 75000 to the hospital and have no information on how to retrieve it. Being an employee of SAP India, I was not expecting any of this. I would have rather applied for United Healthcare Mediclaim, which actually is hassle free! [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
