Medi Assist India — Lack transparency in services | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, My complaint is that Medi Assist India doesn't have transparency in their services. They have representatives at corporate offices to collect the documents for Health Insurance Claims. Detailed receipts are not given to the customers after submitting the Documents and Bills. When customers follow-up on reimbursement, either it is delayed or the firm claim that some documents are not submitted.
