Medi Assist India — Medibuddy Repudiated - Awaiting insurer concurrence even after provided all documents

I have uploaded reimbursement claim for my wife’s hospitalization of rs 12083/-.

At first i have uploaded all files, still they requested to upload but again they asked to reupload. I uploaded, again now they are asking for reupload bills third time.

There are only three bills with bill numbers but still they are again and again asking to reupload and now updated status as Repudiated.

Earlier also there few claims raised but they are updating Repudiated even after providing all documents. Below are sample claim ids

On was for dental root canel . All prescriptions and bills are computerized that time still they was asked 2-3 time what treatment taken and rejected the claim.

They are only settling claims/medinices/opd orders through them, means beneficial to them only.
