Medi Assist India — Medibuddy Repudiated - Awaiting insurer concurrence even after provided all documents

Hi,
I have filed a claim for my mother, who had post covid issue and was hospitalized in May 2021. The hospital she was admitted to, was under cashless hospitalization however Medi Assist didn't respond in time to hospital and despite of keeping my mother one extra day in the hospital just for the claim settlement, Medi Assist never responded and we had to discharge her paying out of pocket.

We had initiated the reimbursement process and provided all the documents, responded to multiple annoyed queries and still after 3 months of back and forth, Medi Assist moved the claim to "Repudiated - awaiting insurer concurrence" state.

There is no explanation why the claim was moved to this status, what else they need from us. We have mailed them many times, calling on numbers which apparently are not working anymore.

The documents are clear and valid . I am really disappointed and frustrated at this time as Medi Assist customer care numbers are not reachable and no reply via email.

Same here.Inspite of submitting the documents many times.and answering all the funny annoying questions.Mediassist has put it for insurer concurrence.Mediassist along with the manipalcigna health insurance is a fraud company.All of them are fraudulently working taking money from us.A level step must be taken against them asap.

I have submitted all the bills and medical documents, Inspite of submitting the documents many times.and answering all the funny annoying questions.Mediassist has put it for insurer concurrence.Mediassist services are worst among all other insurance company. There should be some government channel who can control such fraud company to give justice to customers.

worst insurance agents .They will torture you nby post silly and useless question everyday
Their main purpose is torture to such extent insured will go away without any claims .
Worst ever experience with Medi assist. I will never ever recommend.
Medi Assist customer care numbers will respond smoothly, but that is of no use again.
via email we will end up with computer generated replys.
Mediassist is worst in accepting a claim although every documents are clear, simply waste of time and money. It must be punished by laws for its unworthy manipulations and strategies for claim repudiation..
