Medi Assist India — Not getting my complete refund Claim ID[protected] | |||
After the settlement of my claim, I asked to reopen my case and no one helped me in this and no one even responded to my emails, then I went personally to the jpnagar office of mediassist to submit some more documents and reopen the case the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP NUMER IS -1709 It was for the duplicate bill submission which I got it stamped from hospital and submitted . it has been one month I didn’t get any sort of intimation or any contact from medi assist So for all the duplicate bills I got it stamped and submitted in JPNAGAR OFFICE AFTER THAT I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE . I mailed this also to medi assist couple of times but still no response . It has been a big issue that I have been facing for a very long long time ... there is a big story that I explianed around 30-40 times and still didnt get my complete refund. I need this forum to help me in speeding the process and making the medi assist people to know that that cannot harras people like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
