My Wife has been admitted in the hospital on November 1st 2020 and discharged on November 5th 2020. During that time Mediassist did not approve my Cashless process even though the hospital sent for approval.(Have email proof).
Then i have given my entire money from my pocket and discharged my wife.
The next thing i cannot reimbursement my money because again they are intentionally blocking my spouse and dependent details to update in the portal. i have called the Medi Assist more than 100 times but everybody are saying some lame excuses and there is no solution from their side.
I suspect some conspiracy in my case. Because i have checked at least with 10 people everybody said they are able to view their dependent details in portal.People who have enrolled after me are able to see the dependent details.
There is no Transparency with Mediassist it is clearly visible that they are blocking my case intentionally.
I have paid money and got cheated by Mediassist. I need Justice and need my reimbursement claim. Was this information helpful? |
