Policy No. [protected]P[protected] was issued by United India Insurance Co. Ltd. for the period 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021. The Mediassist TPA e-card cum ID was generated on 23rd November 2021 after follow-up which was supposed to get automatically after the policy renewal.

However, I and my wife were insured through the said policy. My wife got surgery in September 2021. I wanted to claim the medical expenses. But due to the non-generation of Ecard from the TPA, the submission was delayed for Claim. However, I have forwarded the hard copies of all medical expenses bills to their Kolkata office. A claim number bearing 27063589 was generated from their end and also asked for submission of discrepancies through portal till 11.01.2021. However, on 07.01.2022 I tried to upload the discrepancies but the claim was removed from the portal. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful for the claim as the delay in submission of a claim is due to a delay in the generation of e-card from TPAs end.
