I have applied for claim of 75028/- rupees but approved amount is 58655-. I asked customer care for what reason around 14000/-got reduced and you people said reason is there is no preintimation for that 10 % and its network hospital you should go cashless because of reimbursement 10% deducted . For preintimation, If you see in all scan documents estimation delivery data given is July 7th but it's an emergency my wife got pain on June 23 and got c-section on the same day and delivererd also.
Yesterday I spoke to Customer care and he want emergency letter from hospital so that we will give that copay amount as well. So I'm attaching emergency letter pls recheck and add this amount as well.
For reimbursement, When I ask hospital management she said only below 40000s you can claim through cashless so how can I go for cashless for C - section. Was this information helpful? |
