Medlife — online paid then again have to pay on cod as said. and refund is not issued. | |||
I have ordered Medicine through Medlife apps (Order ID OR4556BL-002A on 20-Mar-18) and paid via paytm on 21-Mar-18 (Paytm wallet Txn ID [protected]). Total Amount Rs791.70. At the time of delivery on 28-Mar-18 the delivery man informed me that he came from courier company to delivery Medlife product and they will not deliver my medicine without cash Transaction. After consulting with Medlife customer care I paid cash again INR Rs792.00 to get my medicine and Customer care informed me that amount will be refund in Paytm within next 3 days. Today is 6-Apr-18 and since last 10days I am calling to Medlife customer care and still not got my money refund back even that not getting any proper response from customer care. This is very very unprofessional approach from Medlife...more they are cheating customer like are continuing with me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Medlife is the most fraudulent company in india. Avoid using it for ordering medicines thru them. They are full of chor and liars. I have called them many times but they dont seems to in favor of giving any sort of help
