Medlife has cheated the customer by not sharing the requested invoice after multiple follow-ups. They book medicine on app, but dont share the invoice neither has any option for customer to download it.
This is the basic right of customer to get the invoice once they book the medicine.
I sent Medlife multiple reminders (request#[protected]and they said they will share ASAP but after months of follow-up they have still not shared the requested information.
I request Medlife should be stopped until these priority features are enabled to do a fair business.
