Medplus — Rite check - strips not available | |||
Dear gentlemen, My id is 3319345, i have purchased your ritecheck gluco meter as per your company's advt and influence of local medplus shop staff. Now i understand that the strips for this machine is not available almost 10days. What is the use of your company product - if you cannot supply strips for the same. Who is responsible for this, can you give replace for some other brand machinery with free of cost. Can your company can reimburse the costs involved. If no reply i will move the consumer forum for suitable relief. If you cannot able to supply strips for ritecheck - why did you sell the machine. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am having a similar problem. For the last few months I have been trying to buy the ritecheck strips for two machines used by my husband and me. Please provide the strips or buy back the machines

I too also facing the same problem with Right check Blood glucose test machine, strips no where available. what to do with this machine? Right Check company is responsible for this.

i am also facing the same problem. If you are unable to supply ritecheck strips, why dont u buyback the machines and provide another device which you support.
I too face the same problem for the last two months.The retail outlet says they cannot do any thing. The glucometer gas a warrant of 5 years.It is just three yrs since I purchased. Am I to complaint and file a case in Consumer court for false promises?

Yes I am facing this problem. Now they provide another brand stripes but cost is very high 25 stripes Rs. 700. Where us other brand stripes are available at cheap rate.

Now in the shops they are saying some other brand strips will suite the rite check meter. How can we verify the accuracy of the reading? It is really a sort of cheating to push the machine through Med plus stores. My No. is 3588776 Every month I buy worth of Rs.7000/- Medicine and the service given by the company is like this.
Similar problem is being faced by me for over three months. The Glucometer is lying idle due to non availability of strips. When the company started marketing the product, it should have ensured sufficient supply of connected items. It is time the company comes out with a solution - N. Bloody buggers, now the strips are available but the cost is ~500. The machine cost is 750, 25 stips costs 500 rupees, all the strips should be used within 30 days. This is a pure money minting exercise.
Hi friends, please call on[protected], they will the strips to your nearest med plus store, yesterday I too had an answer of no strips, but I called on this number and asked them, they have arranged it by today afternoon and I have the strips in my hand ready to use.
But I received with expiry date of November 2015, so I need to use them in 10 months

Till now the rite check strips not available in the med plus stores.
Also the quality of Stripes are not accurate.my reading are changing from High to Low in Minute of matter.
