I have online booked a refill on 9th Nov. 2013, till date i have not issued any order no. and only displayed Ref.No. R[protected] but not received the refill from the local Indane distributor "Meena Gas Agency" Pilibhit (U.P.).Status is displaying on net is "IN Process".These people are very rude to customer and never response. On inquiring several times no result from there end as the calls will remain unanswered. I have registered complaint on net through my Indane Gas Portal ID which docket no. is 1110080 on 14th Nov. However, I wanted to register a complaint through your toll free number [protected] on 15th Nov.2013, but they was saying that the Indane Gas Site is not working and they request that you will go to agency and
receive your refill.I want to know why is this process come again and again with me. I did not receive the delivery till 15th Nov.13. I called your customer care number that they said that the issue will be resolved immediately and you will contact to Area Manager.
Kindly look in to the matter and arrange for a refill and take necessary action to this agency. I have very bad experience from this agency. Agency owner is very angry with me. They say that you always register my complaint.
