Meenakshi Fan House — Registered with Bajaj Finserv and blocked for purchase

Updated by Prabhakaran Paulraj I went to enquire about AC in Meenakshi Fan House (bye pass road brach, madurai). They collected my details saying for checking CIBIL score for EMI through Bajaj Finserv. Checking the CIBIL score can only be done after registration it seems but they never informed me about this. They checked my CIBIL score thus blocking me not able to purchase home appliances from any other dealers. I went to other dealers to purchase from them who gives me a good discount. But since I was registered with Meenakshi Fan House other dealers could not give me finance option (EMI). They even other dealers tried to change it but wasn't able to do so.

With this I am not held up from purchasing from any other dealers.
What can be done for this?
Is it mandatory to purchase from the same dealer where we go for enquiry?
Cant a person decide or have rights where to purchase? Or should he not at least enquire in person in the shop?
