Meera Enterprises — unethical behavior and not educated enough about medication norms

On 30th august between 11 am to 1 pm i have bought a bottle of 'thyroxine sodium tablets ip' from 'meera enterprises shop no. 19, mahaveer complex begum bagh, meerut, uttar pradesh' as i clearly stated that i want a whole bottle. A person who works at ' meera enterprises' provided with me with the medicine with a box. On 2nd september i opened the box and i found out that the seal of the medicine bottle was broken and when i confront about the problem and asked to replace the bottle at 'meera enterprises' they immediately denied that they haven't given that medicine to me and they tend to deny the regulations that must be followed by chemist/druggist according to 'indian medical association'. A guy straightly misbehaved and denied every factual thing that happened as well as one of his underlings confirmed that i have bought the medicine from there store i. E 'meera enterprises'. I would like you to take action against such unethical as well as unprofessional behavior.
