Meerut Nagar Nigam — Stray dogs in our locality

Hello Sir /Madam
We are residents of Shastri Nagar F Block, Meerut.We are facing a lot of trouble due to the increasing number of stray dogs in our locality.People especially children are afraid of stepping outside the house.
They form a group and fight among themselves most of the time which frightens people and also bark all night.
Also they chase vehicles sometimes and it's becoming a headache for us.
I request Meerut Nagar Nigam to look into this matter and consider our request.
