I have placed three orders in meesho.
Received two products with damaged and poor quality delivered on 18th January 2024. I have return policy till 25. When I try to return/exchange it throws error . Not able to access the option. I called customer care Many times they didn't respond well and escalated to escalation team in mail.. they are not providing valid reason.
They didn't inform when they block the account. Now i want to return two product and one product is not delivered yet.. need refund for these.. please help me out Was this information helpful? |
