Hi Team,
I had placed an ordered for kids red scooter on January 7th. with sub order id:[protected]_1, But Meesho delivered completely a different product. Kids potty pot on January 14th. I raised a return pickup request on Jan 14th. pickup executive came for pickup next day and said Item is large and I cannot pick it up because i have small vehicle. I spoke to customer service, and I was told your query will be sorted out in next attempt. I raised another pickup request and again the same pickup person came and denied picking up the product. This is such a pathetic display of customer service by Meesho. I had raised another complaint today but i am not really convinced because customer service is really clueless. this is third pick up request I raised now. But i am not convinced and have no trust at all on Meesho. I need my refund for incorrect product delivered. Please help with my requirement, Will be grateful to you.
