I ordered and paid for clips packet with 2 quantity. I received 1 quantity so I mentioned for exchange and wrote there that I received only 1 quantity. I called the customer care who said to wait until the exchange gets delivered. Again, in the exchange I received 1 quantity. Again I called the customer care but now they say that neither u will get money back for the 2nd quantity which was not delivered nor the complete item which was not delivered previously. This is merely a cheating and fraud with the customer. The company has no value for money of the customer. There is no responsible senior person to respond to the customer. They Say line is busy.
