Hi Team,
I have ordered a prepaid product worth ₹371.
It was marked as delivered on 15th aug but I have not received any product and I have not received any call/sms on that same also I have not shared any OTP with anyone and no one from my home received it on behalf of me.
I have raised the same issue with support team on 15th aug itself and was asked to wait for 7 day's for resolution but now same support team is asking me to wait 7 more day's again.
This issue is happened twice in 1st occurence refund was initiated after 12days of complaint but this time again it happened.
It seems like there is mal-pratice from meesho on prepaid orders and even after complaints they are not looking in to the issues.
