Dear sir, i arrived at indra gandhi international airport termina 3 at around 7p. M. I booked the mega taxi cab from the airport for palm road near dada saheb hospital. But the driver was very arrogant and misbehave instead of taking interest he was asking me to book ola or uber. More over onwards to our journey he was very unkind and disrespectful. So i request u to take care of the matter seriously. And hope to see the kind response from your side.
