While selling there membership they told me, they will give me reservation in any hotel any time even if it is peak time.
I sent my form thrice after having words with them, should i send or not (will i get reservation). they said yes, you can send but later on both the times they reject my form.
Once it returned back as they had changed there office location.
My membership is going to get expired next month and in an year i did not get any reservation.
When ever i call them, one girl pick up the phone and tell, send us form you will surely get reservation but then same story repeated (From Rejected).
They have done fraud me of Rs 9500.
If anyone has any idea then please guide me how i can fire a complaint against them in consumer court.
Help will be really appreciated.
