Meghana — shipment got stuck at customs

Hello sir/madam,
I ordered face, eye and lip masks from ali express site on june 17th 2019. It’s been 5 months, since i heard any news about the parcel. I don’t even know where my shipment got stuck. I asked the seller abt this. But they said it was held at customs. Then there’s no information after that. Can you please check my order id and make sure i can get my parcel as soon as possible.
