Meghana Travels — complaint on meghana bus travels

I had booked a ticket on 23/09/2018 from hyderabad to mandapeta through redbus (Service provider meghana travels).

I had received message from meghana travels on 03/10/2018 stating that journey was cancelled due to bus breakdown.

Immediately, i have contacted the redbus and explained then the same. It was informed to me that it has been escalated and concerned team will get back to me on this.

I haven't heard anything from them on the status and i have raised complaints through mobile app and called the customer care several times. It was informed to me that meghana travels are not responding to redbus calls and emails and they are not updating them about the alternatives.

I was surprised that redbus is not in position to get the proper information from the travel operator. I called the redbus customer care on 05/10/2018 and asked them to update me on the same. After speaking to an executive nehal, he said that he tried reaching the meghana travels but there is no response. He informed me that his floor manager will get back to me in 1 hr and update me on the status.

After 1 hour 30 mins, i had received a call from arbaaz and said the same that meghana travels is not responding again to his calls.

I spoke to him for almost 20 minutes and ordered him to give me a resolution that minute itself. After placing my call on hold for few minutes, he said he had a word with the bus operator and i was informed that bus got cancelled and amount will be refunded.

Why these guys are so irresponsible?

Can't they inform the clients about the status after the cancellation?

When they charge us if we cancel the bus journey then we have a right to question them if the mistake is from thier end...

Why everytime customer has to suffer? Even if they cancel the journey or if cancel the booking.

Now i will not get the same kind of bus, with same fare, with same timings and same class.

Keeping all this aside, i was surprised after checking their website that same bus which got cancelled due to service breakdown is available to book the tickets and the fare is 1500 earlier it was 950.

I have attached all the screenshots for your reference.

Why they are cheating us?

I demand an explanation on this.

Ac vents are sealed in my seat. Curtains, bed sheets, blankets are not washed. Addition to that mosquitoes. Most importantly boarding point has changed. To reach the bus it costed me 150rs additional... ...
