i want to complaint against the costruction noises after midnight happening near my home its really disturbing and we're unable to sleep..and it doesn't stop there...even a pack of dogs comes barking regularly at night it is causing a lot of problem for us and i guess others too living in here..i hope for a better action to be taken on this.
