I have ordered few clothes online never received any. Person by the name of Neeraj Kumar Mishra who claims to be employee of Menezes Trading Co.
He advertised few clothing products on Facebook Marketplace. When contacted through Facebook messenger he gave me his contact no and asked me to reach him to his number [protected] through WhatsApp so he can share few more products.
After finalizing on 3 pairs of Jeans which was his initial minimum order requirement, I transferred 1200/- via G-Pay on 18th Aug 2023, as cod was not available. On 19th Aug 2023 when I asked for shipment Tracking Id, he said there was issue sending 3 pieces asked me to order 3 more as there was no small packaging bag available for 3 pieces, asked me to place order for minimum 10 pieces, when I declined to pay & asked for refund, he convinced me to order at least 3 more pieces hence I ordered 2 t-shirts & 1 shirt & paid 900/- more on 19th Aug 2023.
After that day he stopped answering my calls or replying to my text messages on WhatsApp.
Both payments done to the UPI ID Number [protected] registered in the name of Mahesh Gavari. Was this information helpful? |
