Mercedes Benz — Delay in services

Dear Sir,


Had launched a complaint on 14 feb 2015 regarding the service of vehicle as below
mentioned email, but till today I have not received the vehicle and even today
they are saying that the Company does not have any parts in stock even at the
factory, and are not in the position
that when they will delivery the vehicle, infact yesterday they had called me
to take the delivery of the vehicle and now they are saying that they do not
have parts . last moth they kept the vehicle for 15 days forrepair and again now
they have already kept for 8 days and they even do not know whn will they
deliver the vehicle, After spending about 50 laks for ehiclee should I be
without vehicle for 15 + 8 +++ days without vehicle as your company do not have
parts, If you do not have parts why the vehicle s are sent on road. As I
require the vehicle Urgently as I have my Birthday on 20th and will
be put to a lot of inconnveinnece due to this.


Please reply to immediately
or I shall have to take the matter with consumer court and your main factory at
Germany as last week I had complaint to you and even today I am not getting
proper reply nor vehicle please reply is this the service of MERCEDEZ BENZ

Dear sir,


I have a MERCEDES BENZ E CLASS VEHICLE PURCHASED IN
MARCH 2013, BEARING VECHILE REGISTRAION No MH 14 DT 8766,


On 9th Jan 2015 I Had sent my vehicle for
repair under Insurance claim Vide your Services Centre M/s B.U. Bhandari
Motors Pvt Ltd Job Order NO BU021415PRO04613 DT 9TH Jan 2015 along
with my Insurance claim From HDFC, the same was delivered after the work been
done on 22nd January 2015. In the above Job Order No 4613 I had
mentioned in my complant that there was unusual noise from the engine
when accelerated, and the same has checked and found unusual noise from
engine and had mentioned on the order to be rectified.


Again after fifteen days on 11th feb when I
got a service call from the company I again sent my vehicle for service when
I mentioned the same problem the ysaid that will have to change the
idler pully today on 14th feb 2015, along with the other estimates.


First of all I can understand when the vehicle was sent for
INSURANCE CLIM just 15 days prior why was service not done when the same
was due, due to which I had to sent the vehicle for servicing twice in a
month, which is causing a lot of inconvennence, and leaving me with out
vehicle, in short period, secondly when in the previous job card it was mentioned
to check the noise in the engine, it was not checked at that time and I was
told to change the pully just after 15 days of taking the delivery.


During my first service also a year back in the month of Aug
2014 also I was kept waiting for delivery of vehicle at Sancheti hospital for
nearly 2/30 hours. and when I enquired with the boy who had come to
deliver he had agreed that he had gone some were out that is why
their was delay.


I did not expect such delay and service from company like
MERCEDES BENZ, like delay in delivery and not doing the job first time and then
again keeping the vehicle for servicing for app 6-8 days, which keeps me
without vehicle for along period in a span of month, which does not suits for
the name of MERCEDEs .


SO I REQUEST TO PLEASE KIIK INTO THE MATTER ON URGENT BASIS
AND REPLY IMMDEATELY.
