We would like to seek your help on the matter of services and low quality products by mercedes benz and publish our complaint thru you to let mercedes benz know about it.
We bought mercedes benz e-300 bluetec hybrid color 775- iridium silver, chassis no. Wdd2120986l051487 and engine no.[protected]
From bhanthavee auto master ltd. Part. And it was delivered to us on 30/june/2015
Since that time, we have many times complained to the dealer that it has problem of air condition not cooling the passengers seating on the back seat, behind the driver.
We had taken the car to benz rama 4 dealer on 11/july/2559 and 13/march/2560 for check air-conditioner - not cool
But they respond that it is standard of mercedes and there is no air condition in the back seat.
After that, we have problem for tire which deteriorated and developed cracks on all 4 tires.
So we again sent the car for check with mercedes service center. But they said that it has deteriorated and gone bad because of the use by us.
This is in-spite of the fact that the car was purchased in june 105 while the tire manufacturing date stamped on tire is one year earlier – 2014.
And the car has been driven for only 12, 196 km and that too only in bangkok. We also asked them how all the 4 tires developed cracks same time.
But the dealer refused to accept our complaint and resolve it.
We would like to seek your help thru your medium of “post bag” to ask mercedes benz and its dealer about these issues as to why the tire used is of 2014 while the car was delivered to us in june 2015 and why the car air-condition does not work properly and ask them to solve these issues for us.
