[Resolved]  Merino Industries Limited — Complain regarding not accepting the clearing cheques from merino industries limited

Dear Sir,

We are having our company account in the name of Merino industries limited at your Law garden branch in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) account no is [protected]. Our Office is situated in ashram road and ashram road branch is very near to us and we are depositing our all the clearing cheques at the same branch from last three months. But it is very sad to say that your branch manager at ashram road branch is saying that we are not liable to deposit the cheques at this branch.


After asking from the branch manager regarding not accepting the cheques we got reply from them that we have to shift our account to ashram road branch. then only they will accept our cheques for clearing.


Kindly let us tell that it is necessary that we have to deposited the cheques in home branch only. We had also informed the same to our head office in kolkatta regarding same. If this will happen then we have to think for shifting our account from axis bank to some other bank.
