Merit Cum Means Scholarship — Didn't receive my money of merit cum scholarship

Respected sir,
am jiya Varghese, 2nd year BTech student studying on Mount Zion college of engineering Pathanamthitta.last year(2019) I applied for merit cum means scholarship, but I didn't get the scholarship even many students have got in my college.Students from 75percentage mark for +2 have got the money, then I don't know why some students like me doesn't get money, even we have marks more than 75 percentage
So, I kindly request you to have a look on this and do the necessity
