I have bought meritnation live package for my kid in class vii. However i feel cheated because of the mis selling done, incomplete live classes and chat being disabled during doubt sessions. Nobody had bothered to revert back on my complaints logged in through your customer care number.

I need cancellation of my package and refund of my hard earned money.
