Akhil sukhija this side. My mobile no is [protected]. I have been using meru cabs daily since last 3 months. You can check on your records. On 23rd jan there was a hiccup in charging my wallet. I tried thrice and on all instances it got cancelled. Amount was deducted from my account but wallet balance was not updated. I lodged a complaint. No record of the same was provided. While paying for the ride the payment was done via citrus. Which was later reversed. And result was that i was blacklisted for no fault of mine. I was not even contacted before blacklisting. This kind of customer service has set me back from using your service in future. I hope you are able to resolve this quickly.
I have been getting 48 working hours notices from your customer service without any actions.
Also the current customer service had no records of my previous problems.
This is sad in terms of the customer service you guys promise.
