[Resolved]  Meru Cabs — late pickup leads to loss of flight dep

I have booked a merucab for pickup on 8.10am from thane east, they grant me a cab on 9.10am, 1hour late from pickup timing, by which we get late for airport leads to missed of flight . This also made loss of my hotel booking of jammu for 2days n further bookings .i want a compensation of my all bookings for meru . Because of their poor service.

Dear Dhiraj, We deeply regret the convenience you’ve faced. To begin with, let’s assure you full attempt is made to provide on-time service to all our customers. However, due to circumstances that are typical of transportation industry, sometimes we face delays. We look at a 5km radius for dispatching the cab. Hence, the cab availability status changes frequently in a given period of time as the cabs enter and exit that region. At the point when booking executive called, there were no cabs available in the given region. But within next 10 minutes a cab had entered that region/logged in, which is when the executive confirmed the booking. We seldom disappoint when it comes to Punctuality, Precision, Quality and Comfort. We shall strive to deliver better service in future. Warm Regards, Team Meru
