[Resolved] Meru Cabs — TAXI DID NOT REACH | |
I booked a meru cab for last May 17th (Chennai Central to My home).
The cab didn't reach
Customer care gave a number (Driver name: Ashok)
that fellow didn't pick the call.
I called the customer care, they said no cab available.
THIS IS THE SERVICE LEVEL IN CHENNAI
SO, PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS MERU CAB IF YOU REALLY WANT TO TRAVEL
THEY ARE NOT RELAIABLE
