Meru Cabs — there is no bill fare is double "no proof" | |||
I had taken a meru cab on 6th night and 7th morning between 12.30 midnight and 1.00am. The driver asked my mobile number and started the cab, since i use meru app. I should have got a message immediately which i did not. After destination was reached, i asked for bill, for which he said there is some problem in his account closure, but will get the bill by email. I was not sure of this and told him there is no reference of my trip logged in your app. How can i get the bill? The driver insisted that i will get it or else to call customer care. He said to pay 1, 100/- which is almost double than what i used to pay. When i questioned this he said it is night duty charges will be the same price. I was in no mood to argue with him at that hour of time and next day i call customer care on 7th april morning and complained about this. But there is no response till now. Today 9th april morning again i call and complained and got the complaint number 397327. This complaint needs to be investigated and bring the driver to books for his attitude.
