There was a tree fall at one of the houses near my house due to which the electric poles were damaged. Due to this a pole situated within our premises was damaged as well and was tilted to 60 degree and and the service line got cut. I visited keb kalikamba on 11th june at 10:43am and lodged a complaint. The people who came to repair the situation took care of everything except our house and left. When called back to enquire about the sand the person who picked up the phone was very rude and arrogant. Being a customer i requested him to please come back and look into the situation as there is a 5 months old infant at the house and we need to have electricity at house but no one showed up.
