There was an advertisement for Multi Functional Suit case by Meswondful site in Instagram and I ordered for One piece and paid Rs1599 through Net Banking on 16th November 2022 with Reference No.[protected]IGAORANSR4 TRANSFER TO 45.
The next day I received a mail on 17th November 2022 saying that the payment made is only through UPI and need to respond within 7 days, after the order will be cancelled.
Then I sent an email saying that first you return my money which was deposited and then I will pay the amount through UPI. So far neither received the product nor the payment.
Please look into the issue and do justice
